Orders can be placed from our website. Payments via Paypal, Apple pay and most cards are accepted.
Use a soft tape measure and wrap it around your head at the point where you’d like to wear your hat.
A hat should fit over the ears without touching them. Leaving a gap of 2 cms at least.
Our hats are true to size so take this into account when measureing so it’s a comfortable fit. The tape should be snug but not too tight.
Cms is an ideal measure as it offers a better accuracy.
Our hats are also listed as US sizes. If you have an older hat that has a good fit for you. You can always refer to that and choose an identical size

All of Franco’s hats are custom made to order.
Please allow :
2 to 3 weeks for delivery in the UK.
3 to 4 weeks in Europe.
4 to 5 weeks rest of the World.
Our fur felt hats are sourced from some of the most reputable manufacturers in Europe. The straw fedoras are hand woven in Panama.
Our hats are custom made and all sales are final. Refunds are only accepted in case of product defects.
